Request a North Carolina Administrative Hearing on myNCDMV

Paying your hearing fees for the State of North Carolina is now easier than ever on myNCDMV! Log into your profile and follow the quick steps below to get started:

1. Select Administrative Hearings from the "Services" dropdown menu and choose an Administrative Hearing option

2. Select the appropriate responses, complete the required fields and click Add to Cart

3. Click the cart icon in the upper right corner and select Continue to Checkout

4. Select a payment method and click the blue Pay $--.-- button to submit your payment
