Renew a North Carolina Permanent Disability Placard on myNCDMV

Complete your permanent disability placard renewal online with myNCDMV! 

Log into myNCDMV (see Create a Profile on myNCDMV) and follow the quick steps below to get started:

1. Select Permanent Disability Placard from the "Services" drop down menu and click Renew Permanent Disability Placard

2. Complete the required fields, select the appropriate responses and click Add to Cart

3. Click the cart icon in the upper right corner and select Continue to Checkout

4. Select a payment method and click the blue Pay $--.-- button to submit your payment
